VINEYARD: “Vigneto del Bosco”- southern exposure
GRAPES USED: Barbera del Monferrato
PRODUCTION METHOD: After being hand-harvested, the grapes are destemmed and pressed gently. The fermentation process and maceration on the skins for 8 to 10 days are followed by the separation of the lees and the malolactic fermentation. Natural clarification at low temperature. The wine is bottled in spring and it is ready to match traditional dishes.
COLOUR: Ruby red
BOUQUET: Coherent, fully expresses the grape’s typical varietal flavours. Hints of violet, acacia, and rosehip, in addition to forest berries.
FLAVOUR: Pleasant and sappy, full-bodied wine, but velvety and round.
