Double Bubble, a history of wine and cars

Double Bubble, a history of wine and cars

From the hills of Monferrato Alessandrino, we present a fresh and fruity sparkling wine, the perfect partner during warm summer evenings: our Double Bubble.

It is a 100% Chardonnay, with grapes from a single plot, the Vigneto del Papa, made of clay soils and oceanic marl, which refer to ancient geological eras. Produced following the Long Charmat Method, remains sur lies in autoclave for 6 months, allowing to release, in the background, the classic hints of bread crust.

The name and label are a tribute to the racing world: the design, by Zagato, recalls the style of the Ferrari 250 Tour De France Zagato of 1957. The two bumps on the roof of the car were called Double Bubble, from which our sparkling wine takes its name.
