Discovering the combination of recipes based on Norwegian fish and wines from the Monferrato tradition is a fascinating experience!
The occasion?
The tenth anniversary of the Barbera Fish Festival, in Oslo, in the Vippa center, on 15 March 2024.
We will be there with a fantastic selection of six labels:
- Mimosa – sauvignon blanc
- Mila – chardonnay & viognier
- Manora – Barbera d’Asti Superiore
- Ray – albarossa
- Rosso Barchetta – cabernet sauvignon & Merlot
- Palo Alto – pinot noir
It would be nice to invent new food/wine pairings!
